your 100% right m8,in the n/s rear light area there is alot of condensation which got into the the brake light bulb,so i removed the bulb,clean it and the bulb holder.

the only problem that i can see is the brake lights are on all the time when the lights are on.and when the lights are off and you touch the brake pedal all the lights come on!

Sounds like a bad earth. If you've screwed in a new bulb recently, it may just be in the wrong way therefore shorting the circuit. If you look closely at a bulb, you'll see the two prongs are slightly offset and the bulb will only go in one way. I did this once on my old Mazda!
