Since 2010, the owner of FC Shirak is the «Sovrano» LLC company headed by a businessman and a member of National Assembly of Armenia Arman Sahakyan. The club headquarters are located on Andranik Ozanyan street 6, Gyumri.

Football Club Shirak (Armenian: Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ Շիրակ), commonly known as Shirak, is an Armenian football club from the city of Gyumri, Shirak Province. Founded in 1958, the home venue of the club is the Gyumri City Stadium.
The stadium hosted the 2011–12 Armenian Cup final match when Shirak defeated Impulse to win the title for the first time in their history.
