Hello everybody! I'm new to the forums and new to business, but I'm a Derby, England based business just starting out. I'm hoping to be selling hand made knitted clothing accessories and knitting supplies, but am just in the process of finding suppliers and starting out. Any advice would be very greatly received, or just say hi! Thank you - Storm

Not sure that a chippy supplier will give you their trade secrets. Finding suppliers is one thing, knowing how to run a good fish and chip shop is another requirement altogether. You should gain some experience first before opening up and doing things wrong and losing customers. With a food business, once you lose customers it's near impossible to get them back. Best of luck.

Hi, I opened a toy shop in my local town in the middle of November so i know its not been very long but im having trouble finding suppliers. I use NDA toys at the moment which are great but i want to be able to stock toys like Skylanders figures and Littlest Pet Shop items. Preferably want a supplier thats in this country. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance. Sorry if ive posted this in the wrong place, im new here
